NATHAN WALTER teaches families in Leawood, Brookside, Prairie Village, Mission Hills, and Overland Park how to play the piano, guitar, ukulele, bass, cello, violin, and drums, write songs, be creative, and— most importantly— how to cultivate a LOVE for music.

Nathan works for Fingerprint Music School— where our mission is to connect you, in your own home, with truly extraordinary teachers  (six of them total) who are highly talented musicians, good role models, sensitive educators, and, most importantly, honest and completely trustworthy. We do many dozens of interviews through many months of searching to fill each teacher position.

Nathan is a classically trained double bassist, and is equally at home in front of an orchestra, with a funk rock band, or in a jazz ensemble.
